Derek is a full time experienced bagpipe player with a happy outgoing personality. Having played the Scottish Bagpipes for many years he has played for various functions throughout the country, enabling to gain experience in making your occasion even more special with the unique effect the bagpipes create.

Derek's pipes have added atmosphere to Weddings, Medieval Banquets, Anniversaries, Christenings, Opening of New Shops & Restaurants, Corporate Events, Fabulous Cathedrals & Churches and Reunion Parties in Pubs to Private Celebration in Homes.

Derek works mainly in the Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Durham, Sunderland, Washington, Cleveland, Middlesborough, and Yorkshire areas. He will also travel further a field, so if you want a bagpipe player in the north east of England.
